This Program is designed for landlords or persons with more than 1 property

Terms of The Home Maintenance Plan
All maintenance plans are charged as a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time but will lose all benefits of the plan and no prorated refunds are given. All sales are final unless stated otherwise. There is a 1 month exclusionary period prior to the plan taking affect. If you do require service, as well as the home maintenance plan, a prorated portion will be deducted from your service upon sign up. And you will be eligible for the preferred customer pricing. The maintenance plans are designed to help you save significant money over time while also allowing cash flow to Jimmy The Handyman.
